Finally got this Item ::) :`) `:)
Very cool I'll have to play with it, looks like I need to setup a wireless mouse and keyboard to get the wifi connected.
Once I get setup I'll look at adding Google Voice Search and see what I can make this do!
TAC on this may out perform a Thin Client with SkinnyGirl other then it can't use a x10 interface directly ::) :`)

Just installed TAC and I see some areas I need to work on.
I haven't found Google voice search yet but from what I remember installing it on my Air pad they didn't make it easy to find. (DH)

OK finally found the app. problem is Google says it won't work on this device.
Guess I'll have to see the forums as to how they got this set up.
Using this to type this post now.

There is no indication of a mic on this device however If I remember the user that had voice set up on it was using a Bluetooth headset.
Which has me confused as well as there is no Bluetooth ability without adding a dongle of some sort.

I've been looking on the mini pc forums for ways to add extra features to this thing.
And it is looking promising seems there is a USB stereo adaptor that works with the mK802 so it should work with the MK808.
It has a mic input as well as the stereo out.
Also apparently a USB camera will work on them as well the issue with all these devices that apparently work is it only has one USB port.
Good news though a USB hub should solve that.

The only down fall that I see for the chat it that the TV would have to be set to that input for the chat to work and not watching TV and have the chat step in when wanted.  Unless there was a way that POCKET TAC could send a user command and then pause like 4 seconds and then send the chat message.  That Would allow PCC time to switch the input with IR  :`)  just a thought  not like you don't have enough  going on already.   (RoFL)

I missed that blip, sorry.
You could create a user command so PCC could send a IR command to change the input to that which the mini pc was on.
I think I'd need to add a option to switch to the chat screen in the User command creation screen. There is a hard code command for that I just never documented it or made it available.

Ok T,

This morning I got around to playing a little more with the MK808 and attempted connecting a USB hub,  At first it didn't like it  (cB)  I was using a usb powered hub  ::)  then I connected a powered hub and everything imporved  `:)   ~:0~

So the main note there is to use a hub with external power with the mini android PC's as the USB port onthe device doesn't have enough power to run multiple devices   (CZB)

Now if I could just find google voice I might be on to something  :`)

I've read where users have a camera connected and the mic from it works.
However they didn't give any more info.
Maybe they had to install Google voice search and being it isn't easy to find they wished to keep it to them selves. ::) :`)
In any case I did find it again but I need a power USB hub so I can have a mic connected before I attempt to install.

Hope that helps!
