Lets keep this Software alive!
« on: January 01, 2011, 08:04:39 pm »

Many users mistakenly thought I was the Author of this.
Not true, althought the author did teach me how to program.
Since the author has lost interest in continuing to suport this software he has made it open source.
I've picked up the code and will atempt to get it back on its feet.
If anyone is Fluent in C# and would like to give me a hand I would love to hear from you!
C# isn't what I normaly program in and I can say I like it but I'll give it a go.
It is now compatible with Windows 7 64 bit and the new AH SDK.
I have a created an installer which places the new files in the same folder as the last offical release did.
if your looking for it it is here but be warned it still doesn't work with MSN! (cB)

I"ve started a thread At codeplex which the author of X10dispatch monitors.
If you don't wish to see this program vanish you may wish to jump in and voice your concerns!
Maybe with enough interest shown Dave may pick it up again to get the msn issue resolved or something to replace it! ;)

Ok I've been looking into the MSN part of this program.
It does look like if someone was familar with MSN prodical  the program maybe able to work again the way many of use like.
However this is beyond my scope. (cB)
Dave has suggested replacing it with something else so I'll look into that.
Hopefully I won't get as confused ::)  (RoFL)

Well I've looked into replacing the MSN part of this program with Windows live and Jaber.
Both of which I can't get my head arround.
I've downloaded the SDKs and samples and can't even get the samples to work. (cB)
This needs someone that is a experianced programer to dig into!
More experianced then me!( which doesn't take much) (RoFL)
Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be one interested enough to look into it!
Now there are a few experianced programers that have aproached me about helping with BlueWatch.
I even had some interested in the X10Relayer add for PCC.
I supplied code for X10Relayer as well as the client code with no input. ::) :`)
Now if one of those programmers were to get the MSN part of this working or a replacement,
I may consider thier offer with the BlueWatch code.
PCC is not on the table as there are licencing issues with some of the drivers it uses.
Note:  Just a reminder, this is not nor was it ever a program of mine!
