 tjtrolinger has release a new update:

.Net version 4 is now required. When the application is first run, it will prompt the user to download and install .net V4 if it is not already installed.
Weather is no longer collected from NOAA. Weather is now displayed as a web page. The URL is user selectable in new “Weather” group in settings. The default is http://www.wunderground.com. The location is also user selectable.
Spoken weather is no longer available.
The area background images are now scaled to fit and keep the proper aspect ratio (they are no longer stretched in both width and height).
The main iHouse GUI now becomes windowed when normalized allowing it to moved and sized on the screen. The location and size is saved and restored when the application is restarted. All child dialogs open centred over the main dialog.
Corrected an issue with the clients not showing the correct module status (Network, X10, etc) if the network connection between the server and client(s) is lost and then restored.
Added the “All” music feature to the music player.
Corrected a bug in the settings dialog that caused it to open slowly.
Added a “lookup” by zip code for longitude and latitude (used to calculate sunrise and sunset times). The user can also enter the longitude and latitude manually if they are not in the United States. The zip code is no longer stored in the application.
Corrected display issues in the music player.
Added the macro condition “DayOfTheWeekName”, Macro Example:
[DayOfTheWeekName]
If, DayOfTheWeekName, Sunday
Say, Its Sunday
ENDIF
END
Corrected other miscellaneous bugs.

Add the macro script command “RunAtIntervalSeconds”
The max value is 4,294,967,295 seconds.
Example: “RunAtIntervalSeconds, 5” will run the macro every 5 seconds.
Clicking on an X10 device type of “LightSwitch” or “UnitSwitch” on an area now does not show the dimmer dialog. One click toggles the state.
Corrected issue with iHouseRunServerMacro.exe. It can also now be run from the client or server.
The general log can now be viewed in real time in the system tab. Added pause/resume to log display. Corrected scroll buttons.
Client alarm clock macro attempting to run on the client instead of the server has been corrected
Added auto log archiving and purging with adjustable size and age
Added the ability to email multiple recipients separated by ;
Example: User1@mailserver.com;User2@mailserver.com

 tjtrolinger picked up the project again and made a few more builds

If this source is released I may again attempt to keep it alive until TJ can resume work on it.
