PcCompanion Manual
« on: March 19, 2011, 07:53:38 am »

Although the manual is included in the full download of PCC I've decided to make it a separate download as well.
This way PCC update downloads can be made smaller by not including it.
As well I might spend more time updating it if I can post just it.
I've posted a new updated version of the manual which includes some screen shots.
For those interested you can find the manual Here
Note: download link was modified to work with firefox 3/23/2011 (Chr)

Manual was Updated: Dec.6th 2011
it contains features added for version 3.0.9.9
Although this manual is planed to be included in the 3.0.9.9 update file and full installer users may wish to get a updated copy ahead of time
the link is the same as above!
Try as I might to get all the info in this I always seem to miss something
If anyone wishes to add to this feel free to do so.
If you wish to share your adds email me the file and I'll post it.

KENRAD has offered to update the manual during the PCC 4 beta test.
With any luck users may get an advanced copy before the offical release of PCC 4

With so many new options added to PCC 4 and some option page changes basicaly all screen shots need to be redone.
PCC 4 is being released without the manual.
However users can view progress KENRAD is making on the manual in the beta section.
A rough copy maybe downloaded from there but it is still a long way from being finished.

Ok I have the new manual posted for PCC4 Here.
There are still a few things still missing as PCC tends to grow faster then I or KENRAD can keep up with it.  (RoFL)
KENRAD has also created a separate manual for the plug-ins which I'll post about in the Plug-in thread.

Since PCC is the flag ship of the Tuicemen software suite I've created a new section for PCC setup.
Setup and Tutorials will expand on the manual and help users configure PCC.
Users are encouraged to post their own examples.

With the manual several years old and the addition of several options I started to update this.
As always this gets outdated real fast so I'm always looking for someone to try to update it.
Or at least check it for errors :-[
I hope to have this ready for release by the time of the 4.0.5.8 PCC release ??? ::) :`)
If anyone is interested in the rough copy let me know and I'll supply a link.

I just posted a updated manual.
This still doesn't include everything  :-[ but it is a little more detailed.
The screen shots have mostly been updated to PCC version 4.0.5.8 helping to avoid some confusion as layouts will change with that version.
